Kingston Foods began trading from new purpose-built premises, Milton Keynes, in 2000. The 20,000 sq. ft. factory is equipped with full high and low care separation including positive airflow and through ovens. As a result, the site is accredited to BRC Grade A and Soil Association Organic standards.
Independently owned, the company continues its founding principles to make only the best quality whole meat products – no formed or re-formed products – with the entire range carrying a ‘no added water‘ declaration.
We advocate ‘traditional values in a modern environment‘ and never compromise on quality. Our dedicated loyal staff, know that our business thrives by delivering consistently great products with a high level of service. We use only the best raw materials, butcher and cure all of our own meat, fully roast from cold, smoke naturally over beechwood and oak, and slow-cook to keep our hams succulent and full of flavour.
Our hands-on approach to new product development ensures ideas generated away from site can be accurately transferred to production. The flexible facilities and our ‘keep-it-simple philosophy’ successfully enable new thinking to be translated into innovative products.
