ham is cured for up to three days before being fully open flame roasted
for six hours in a carousel oven, producing a succulent flavour that
matches the superb presentation. Perfect
for re-heating and serving from the carvery – 180 minutes at 135°c. British through and through, produced from Farm Assured pork. Available boneless or easy carve (as shown). 2.
Traditional Oven Roast Pork Contains pork, salt and antioxidant only, this natural joint eats just like home cooked leg of pork. Its superb cold or hot and is ideal for the Sunday Roast or part of a buffet or sandwich. Perfect for the carvery too – 180 minutes at 135°c. Produced from legs of organic, British pork. Available boneless or easy carve, ideal for machine slicing or hand carving. A tasty variation with a sage and onion stuffing centre is also available. 3.
Aberdeen Angus Roasted Silverside of Beef We
select only the best quality fresh silversides of British Aberdeen Angus,
which we season with salt and cook and roast to a succulent finish. Perfect for re-heating (95 minutes at 135°c) and serving from the carvery. |
