Based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK, our 1750m² purpose built factory opened in February 2000.

We are probably already the largest producer of organic cooked meats in the UK, processing over 8000 kilos of organic pork every week, about 60% of our current production.  £1.6 million has been invested in building a factory of the highest quality complimented by the latest plant and machinery, which include

  • Facilities to dice, julienne and free-flow pack to individual specification.

  • A water chilling system to maintain ideal processing temperatures.

  • A gas fired carousel oven for open flame roasting and traditional Austrian cookers for natural smoking and steam cooking.

  • Full separation between cooked and uncooked areas with positive air-flow in the high risk area.

  • Refrigeration specified to a high level throughout, ensuring the best possible temperature control.

Our capacity here is in the region of 50 tonnes per week so there is plenty of scope for growth in both organic and conventional cooked meats in all sectors, be it retail, wholesale, food service or catering.
