1. Organic Honeyroast Ham

Available boneless or easy carve, this ham, cooked and roasted with organic honey, is our biggest seller and eats just like an old fashioned home made hams used to.

This isn’t surprising, as it has the simplest of ingredients; pork, salt, honey, preservative and anti-oxidant.

Superb machine sliced or hand carved to customer order, even available with a sachet of organic honey for coating prior to heating on the carvery.

2. Organic Gammon Ham  

A plain and simple whole cooked gammon, available in full or half units.  A long cure delivers real ham ''as it used to taste''.  Good organic value and a flavour and texture that appeal to most tastes.

3. Organic Oven Roast Pork

Contains pork, salt and antioxidant only, this natural joint eats just like home cooked leg of pork.

Its superb cold or hot and is ideal for the Sunday Roast or  part of a buffet or sandwich.  Perfect for the carvery too – 180 minutes at 135°c.  Produced from legs of organic, British pork.
