Our Honeyroasted Ham has been widely acclaimed. With real honey in the cure, it has a lovely sweet flavour, which is complimented by it’s diamond scored roasted appearance. Made with 104g whole pork leg per 100g of finished product.
Wiltshire Cured Ham with Wholegrain Mustard and Muscavado Sugar
British legs of pork are Wiltshire-cured for a minimum of four days. After cooking and cooling, each ham is individually coated with a thick layer of wholegrain mustard mixed with muscavado sugar, creating a subtle sweet taste to compliment the flavour of the ham. Wiltshire Cured Ham
With four days immersed in live cover brine, this ham delivers the strong, quite salty, meaty flavour so characteristic of traditional Wiltshire

Easy Carve Cooked Gammon
